Postage/Delivery Prices -

Deliveries will be sent by our own couriers (Yodel 72hour or Royal Mail or UPS(Next Day) other delivery company may be used.

PLEASE NOTE - if you pick a parcel that isn't insured and this parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged then unfortunately the company Takeout Munch LTD will not be hold responsible, you can try and place a claim in with the delivery company but you are not guaranteed to win the case. Please be mindful when picking the none insured delivery option. If your delivery is only partly insured this mean only the amount the delivery company insured cover cost would only be paid out if you was guaranteed the win on the case.

We have a range of different suppliers for some of our products, please note that some of your items may come separately. We try are best to make sure that each parcel is delivered in the timescale, this is mostly sooner.

Handmade product have a timescale of taking up to 3 weeks, this could be sooner. If there happens to be a delay we will either contact you or let one of our local representatives know of the update.

Royal mail Failed deliveries may be sat in your local depot (please check these first before contacting us).

If your parcel is returned to us due to a missed deliveries (normally 3 times) or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay the shipping cost of the redelivery (refund will not be available if personalised).

If your parcel has been marked as delivered and they have sent proof of the parcel being delivered then unfortunately we are not reliable to remake or send a refund if you haven't got it. It will be your responsibility to contact the delivery company to find out where abouts they have placed or delivered to (if you haven't received but shown as delivered)

Please allow up to (14 working days) before chasing any orders up.

Please Note due to covid - delivery companies now take photos of the parcel on your door step instead of you signing for it. We do use other couriers.
