How long will it take to get my order?

Orders can take up to 3 working day (depending if the order is a large order and personalised), the delivery timeframe  will depend on the Shipping courier.

We strive to provide excellent quality of each item before posting to you.

Handmade items may take up to 3 weeks so orders with handmade products may take longer than usual.
Please allow (10 working days) for UK (25 working days) for OTHER areas before contacting about deliveries, after this time, let us know and we will chase it up, sometimes, situations can arise that can delay orders, we will let all our staff know if any delays are in place for them to contact you with the information.

Who will deliver my parcel?

One of our trusted couriers will deliver your parcel-

• My Hermes
• Royal Mail
• Yodel 72hr
• UPS

Our own courier for more local deliveries.
You'll receive a dispatch notification via email or text (please make sure these are updated) when it's on the way to you, please then expect your parcel to arrive within 5 WORKING days of notification.

Can I return my order?

We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, please email us directly and we’ll take you through the process, please refer to our policy on returns if you need to do so. If the item is personalised then we don't allow return on these items.

Will my item/items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages due to us having more than one supplier.
So please do not panic if you receive one part of your order and not the whole order. If you are concerned and are unsure about this, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. Most of the items will be sent in one package, we may separate some items so there is no breakage during delivery (please reassure the postage amount won't double in this process).
